Out of Network Insurances

If you have insurance that is not listed to the left as being in-network, you may still be able to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company for what you pay out of pocket.

 

This is called out-of-network benefits and is typically outlined in your insurance contract. This process is essentially allowing you to bill your own insurance company. 

 

If you do have these benefits, your out-of-pocket expense can be as little as your copay after reimbursement. You can also use a Health Savings Account (HSA; credit card from insurance company), to pay out-of-pocket fees for sessions with pre-tax dollars.

We use Reimbursify to process reimbursement claims efficiently at no additional cost to the patient.  If you would like to file a reimbursement claim, please click on the link to the right and fill out the information from your insurance card and superbill (healthcare receipt) emailed by the office following your visit.

If you would prefer, you can also download the Reimbursify App or visit their website www.reimbursify.com to file your claims. You will need to set up a patient account and search for our clinic name and logo to be sure you are filing through our practice.
